Your name, email, optional note, and meeting details are used to schedule and manage your appointment. They are not sold or used for advertising.
Information collected
When you book, Bigbee Solutions receives the name, email address, timezone, selected time, and optional note you submit. The service also records limited technical information needed for security, abuse prevention, and reliable processing.
How calendars are checked
The scheduler checks Jack’s selected Google, iCloud, and read-only published Outlook calendars to find conflicts. Public availability responses contain open times only. Calendar names, event titles, descriptions, attendees, and locations are not disclosed to visitors.
Connected-account credentials
To keep calendar connections working while Jack is offline, the service stores Google offline OAuth refresh tokens and an Apple app-specific password. These credentials, along with private published-calendar addresses, are encrypted outside the public web directory and are used only for scheduling operations.
Google Calendar and Meet
A confirmed booking creates a Google Calendar event and a unique Google Meet conference. Your name and email are added as an attendee so Google can deliver the invitation and meeting updates. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.
iCloud and published Outlook feeds
iCloud CalDAV and the Chameleon and PHIX published Outlook feeds are used only to determine whether time is busy. The scheduling service retains normalized busy intervals, not event content. Published feed addresses and account credentials are encrypted and are never shown on the public site.
Bot protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a booking request appears legitimate. The browser sends a short-lived verification token to the scheduling service, which validates it before accepting the booking. Cloudflare may process device and network signals as part of this check.
Retention and deletion
Booking records are retained for up to 12 months after the meeting and then personal fields are removed from the scheduler database. The Google Calendar event may remain as Jack’s authoritative calendar record. To request correction or deletion, email [email protected].
Security and your choices
Credentials are encrypted outside the public web directory, administrative access is restricted, and calendar connectors fail closed when availability cannot be checked. Your Google Calendar invitation includes a private management link that lets you reschedule or cancel; keep that link private.
